It’s SAD how much isn’t sacred anymore. At certain jobs and places of business religious holidays are being removed from the employee calendars and people are being threatened to work or be fired. AND we wonder why there is so much chaos, confusion and destruction going on in this country.I am particularly offended by those who want to poke fun at God in movies, plays and on TV and minimize Jesus to a “mere man.”
 
“They” refuse to believe or even CONSIDER the possibility that God came to earth in the form of a man, walked among men, healed the sick (and the diseased), helped the blind to see, the deaf to hear, the lame to walk and raised the dead. They challenge that Jesus was crucified, died and was buried AND because He is God; He rose again and sits in heaven.
Scientists insist that if something cannot be explained by them it is impossible and those religions that do not accept Jesus as the Son of God, say he was a mere prophet and the Bible is simply a book of cute stories with no relevance to today.

Here’s what I KNOW– I know that at one time in my life I was lost, depressed, scared and even with family around me I FELT ALONE. I had no clue what I would do with my life and was even afraid to find out what I could do. Just like the song says, “My Mother Prayed For Me” and as I listened, I felt like something reached inside me and removed a heavy burden. At the end of her prayer, I felt a relief. I stopped crying. I was no longer afraid or confused. I KNOW THAT GOD ANSWERS PRAYER. I know that for myself.
I’m sure some doctor or psychiatrist will try to justify it some other way that is not SPIRITUAL but I WON’T! GOD SAVED ME FROM MY SELF-DESTRUCTIVE SELF, FORGAVE ME MY SINS and GAVE ME ANOTHER CHANCE to be better than I was, showed me who I am and gave me PURPOSE. I AM SOOOOO BLESSED! So New; so renewed. 
So if I want to believe that THE Supreme Being came to earth as a human being, took on the sins of the world, including mine; died so those sins would no longer be my debt and ROSE AGAIN because HE IS GOD; NO ONE can take that from me! So, my Friends, have a HAPPY RESURRECTION SUNDAY! Be safe. God loves you and so do I.
